Corrin Woodard, CPA
President and CEO
Corrin Woodard is a CPA and Tax Strategist who helps successful small business owners build wealth, reduce taxes, and gain long-term financial clarity through proactive planning.
Before joining her family’s firm in 2021, Corrin spent more than 15 years supporting globally recognized accounting and consulting firms. Her career spans GAAP accounting, audit, consulting, and cybersecurity—giving her a deep understanding of how businesses operate, grow, and protect themselves.
Corrin discovered her love for accounting in 2004 while working as a bookkeeper in college. Since then, she has supported organizations ranging from local small businesses to global enterprises. Today, she uses that experience to help entrepreneurs earning $250k+ eliminate tax surprises, strengthen their financial foundation, and make confident decisions.
At AAATAX, Corrin leads the firm’s tax strategy services, partnering closely with business owners to create personalized, action-oriented plans that produce meaningful, measurable savings.
Her approach is simple: clarity, strategy, and ongoing support.
Corrin lives in Baltimore City with her pets.
Cecil Woodard, MBA, CPA
Founder and IRS Representation Expert
While no longer accepting new clients, Cecil continues to serve his clients each tax season. He has worked in the fields of income taxation and auditing since 1970. As a former IRS Agent, he is uniquely qualified to handle audits, collection matters, and other IRS compliance issues. He has also taught college-level accounting principles and conducted income tax seminars for the New York Society of CPAs, as well as internal control seminars for the National Security Agency.
In addition, Cecil has worked with the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division and the Offices of Inspector General at the National Security Agency, Department of Defense, and Environmental Protection Agency.
Cecil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Master of Business Administration (with honors) from Regis University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is also a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce, and the Phoenix Society.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Cecil is married with three daughters (including Corrin, who is a twin) and has been a resident of Severna Park since 1985.
